PRCS empowers local communities by building capacities and increasing resilience to the occupation and to dire social, economic, political, health and environmental conditions. An array of comprehensive and community-based services are made available through PRCS branches with the help of Community Work Committees (CWCs) and their 1878 volunteers. 81 CWCs cover the West Bank and Jerusalem with another 20 CWCs operating in the Gaza Strip.
